I already have a account.  Why can’t I log in with the account credentials I established before December 2021? 

Our website provider (Sports Connect) is updating the username and password logic for accessing all Sports Connect club accounts. This change is intended to provide an improved user experience and account security. The new functionality is known as Single Sign On (SSO)


Do I need to verify my email before logging into

Yes, email verification will be required to access your account. See question above for more information on why.

So, I can’t complete an online registration until I have verified my email? 

Correct. All users (new and existing) will need to verify their email address one time, via a Verify Email email. You will need to do this before you access your account to complete any registration, view account details, etc.

What is Sign Sign On (SSO)?
With the SAA website Single Sign On (SSO) feature (powered by Sports Connect), users are able to have a single username/password combination to use across all Sports Connect sites (e.g., Springfield AA and Saint Francis CYO both use Sports Connect). No need to remember which account goes with which organization anymore!  If you have created a username/password combination with any Sports Connect site in the past (whether yesterday or 10 years ago), you are able to use it on any new organization you are a part of. Simply head to the new organization’s website and click Login.

Are there step-by-step instructions to begin using the new login (single sign on feature) for my existing SAA account?
1. Navigate your browser to (Note: Our website is powered by Sports Connect)

2. Choose Login.
3. Enter your email address. (Note: Use the primary email address associated with your SAA account.)

4. Create and confirm your new password. 
TIP: Password must contain a minimum of 8 characters, 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase and 1 special character

5. Once you have created your new password, you will need to verify your email address to access your account and portal. 

6. Head over to your email account, and open the email from Sports Connect entitled “Verify your email address with Name of your organization.” If you don’t see this email be sure to check your junk or spam folder.
NOTE: The email link included is valid for 24 hours. 

7. Click the verify email link.

8. Once you have verified your email, you will be redirected to our website portal and logged in. 
9. When accessing our organization’s portal/website, remember to use your email address and newly created password.


I forget my password? What do I do?


There are two options for  accessing your account or resetting your password. 

1. Enter the email address associated with your Sports Connect ( account.

2.Click Forgot Password link.

3. Choose the method for resetting your password.

Send Sign in Link - This will send a message to the email address entered. Click the Magic Link and be automatically logged into your account.

Reset Password - By choosing reset password, an email will be sent to the email address entered with instructions for resetting your password.

Click the link to reset your password.
