NCAA D1 Championships @ Lincoln Financial Field
What, for most, is the pinnacle of our sport played at its highest level, the collegiate Division 1 Championships, returns to the Linc (typically hosted in our backyard two of every six years).  Ryan O'Connor (SHS Class of 2022), contributing to Penn State as a true freshman will be on the field for the Final Four on Saturday, May 27.  PSU, Duke, Notre Dame, and Virginia will play as ESPN2 will broadcast the semifinals and the championship on Memorial Day

With decisive wins in the First and Second round matchups, SHS Boys and Girls will again host play on Thursday, May 25 for a chance to advance to the finals in the toughest public school league in the State.

Wins on Tuesday have secured spots for both Boys and Girls for the coming PIAA State Championship tournament, familiar territory for our Cougars.

SHS Boys have now advanced to the District 1 Semifinals AND the PA State Playoffs in NINE CONSECUTIVE SEASONS, the longest active streak of any PA High School.

New Youth Travel Lacrosse Semifinals
All 6x Springfield youth teams have advanced to the semifinals of the Southeastern PA Youth Lacrosse Association (SEPYLA) Spring playoffs.  Be alert for action on the SHS Upper Turf fields nightly.
