Softball - Girls 8U Rookie Ball
Eligible Players
Players must be born between 8/31/2016 and 8/30/2018.
Equipment
Players must provide their own glove. Bats and helmets will be available, but players are permitted to bring their own. Plastic cleats may be worn, but are not required.
Fee
Players must be registered for the Springfield Athletic Association annual membership fee.
League Specifications
Games will consist half practice and drills and half games.
Location
Games will be played at Old Central, with some practices at Church Road
Season Dates
The season typically runs April through June on Saturday mornings.
Season Expectations
Players will be introduced to softball concepts.
Teammate Requests
While not guaranteed, teammate requests will be considered by each player requesting a similar coach. If you don't know a coach, please consider volunteering.
